One of the two best coaches I ever had. The second one is Mira's husband Vladimir Grabinsky. Simply wonderful. Knowledgeable, thorough, supportive and a very good listener to questions one has during lessons. What more can one ask for from a coach? So, 10/10!! (Posted on December 31, 2019)

Mira has been coaching my son for about 8 months. She is very responsible teach and genuinely cares about her student. She always sent out homework after every lesson and these puzzles are not regular puzzles you found on the internet. They cover many different topics. Her game review is great too! She always looked at your game before the lesson and prepared very well. Every game review contains many mini-lessons. My son's rating has been improving steadily thanks to her! This GM needs to be at the top of the list for teachers. I had her about 1 year ago and recently picked her up again and she is great. Sometimes schedules conflict but overall she is one that every student should try. I have talked and asked why her hourly rate is so low, but I think she just needs more people to join. She works on your game first by evaluation of different games you have played and then takes small steps into different puzzles to give you practice on what you are lacking. I am very happy with her teaching and in just a few courses I saw an improvement in the way I play but my evaluation on different lines. I hope this review helps (Posted on March 22, 2018)

I learned on my own that chess has an enormous number of variables and trying to guess at which I need to address first wasn't happening. The result was a scattered study routine in which I retained little from one book because I felt I urgently needed to get to the next. In my few lessons from Mira she has proven to be a patient and skilled teacher. Letting her decide what to work on first and how to go about it has taken the frustration out of my study.
